Can I build my website or multiple websites on Lokal CRM?
Yes! Lokal uses Google Cloud servers for fast load times. Within your account you can host multiple websites for all of your businesses. We have dozens of high converting website templates ready to go, allowing you to get your website launched quick!
What if I already have a website?
Websites are just a small portion of what you can do with Lokal! Dive in to the software and take advantage of our email & SMS marketing, lead tracking and more!
What does "template design" mean
Our designs are templated, which means you are given several design options to choose from, and then during the build we customise the images, logos, and colours to make it unique to your business. If your business does not have a logo or images, stock imagery and a Canva logo will be used.
What happens if I stop paying my monthly subscription?
If your billing fails for any reason, your account will stay with Lokal CRM, however you will need to update/fix your billing in order to access your account.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer refunds, however we offer a 14-day free trial allowing you to test our software for your self before financially committing.
Are there any extra costs?
Yes, in order to use Email & Phone services, you will need to upload a valid payment method. Payments act in a prepaid manner, where you can select how much "Credit" you wish to load onto your acount, and at what amount you want your "credit" to rebil.
How do I cancel my account?
Simply log in to your account, go to your account settings, and click 'cancel my account.
Can I take bookings online?
Yes! Simply setup a calendar inside Lokal, and then sync it with your outlook/gmail calendar to ensure you don't double book! You can even connect your account to Stripe, allowing you to take payments online.
